How does curbside pickup work?
Free Store curbside pickup is available Monday-Saturday, 3-5pm. When checking out, select "Store Pickup". Choose a day and time. When you arrive to pick up your order, please stay in your car. Text your last name to: 484-365-3439. We can place your order in your car or trunk.
Can I make returns or exchanges?
Until our storefront is reopen, returns or exchanges cannot be made. However, we are extending the dates and will work with you on any unique situations if your toys are unopened in original packaging or defective.
Can I use coupons on online orders?
At this time you cannot. We are trying to add that functionality at some point. However, we plan on having “door busters” and fun promotional pricing on many products.
Do the collections contain all items in that category?
No! These are just some of the top selections. Try searching by keyword or name.

What if something I ordered is missing from my bag?
It’s possible we may run out of certain items by the time we are fulfilling your orders. In that case, your account will be credited. Thank you for your patience as we try to add more products and functionality to our ecommerce site.
How far do you deliver?
At this time we deliver within a 8 mile radius of the store. We hope to expand this soon. If the system makes an error and permits an order outside of this 8 mile radius, we will have to refund your order.
Can I get my gifts wrapped?
At this time, we cannot offer this service.
Can I use gift cards?
You can use Visa/Mastercard/Amex gift cards, but cannot use Learning Express gift cards at this time. Again, hope to add this feature soon.
I noticed an image that doesn’t match the description. Which is right?
