How does in-store pickup and delivery work?

For the moment in-store pick and delivery are available at our Collegeville location. Blue Bell will be offering both services soon.

Pick Up

Once your online order is placed, we will have your order ready for pickup in less than 2 hours. When it is ready you will receive an email indicating your order is ready for pickup. It will be waiting for you at the register. Please tell a staff member you are here for a pickup order.

Delivery

Orders placed by 1pm will be delivered by 8pm the same day. If your order is placed after 1pm, it will be delivered by 8pm the next day.

Can I make returns or exchanges?

Effective March 2020, we can no longer accept returns of unsealed toys or plush. Returns of sealed boxes or packages are accepted within 30 days with receipt.


Can I use coupons on online orders?

Yes! Be sure to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media. This is where promotions are announced.

What if something I ordered is missing from my bag?

It’s possible we may run out of certain items by the time we are fulfilling your orders. In that case, your account will be credited. Thank you for your patience as we try to add more products and functionality to our website.


Can I use gift cards?

You can use Visa/Mastercard/Amex gift cards, but cannot use Learning Express gift cards at this time. We will be adding this feature soon.


I noticed an image that doesn’t match the description. Which is right?

The description is the actual product. We are working to make sure all images are correct. Feel free to alert us at info@pa.toys
